3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery.

• Refrain from fraudulent or unlawful use of our services.

• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

• Make payments as agreed in service contracts or invoices.

• If enrolled in our membership, must keep monitoring service active in order to stay active in our service. 

• Send any corresponding letters to us. 

 

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service rendered.

• Payment is due as outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

5. No Guarantee of Results (Disclaimer)

While Elite Capital Group, L.C. strives to provide the best possible outcomes, we do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to credit score increases, loan approvals, or legal outcomes.

• Credit repair results vary based on individual credit history and compliance with recommended actions.

• Notary, apostille, and loan signing services are limited to verification of identity and execution of documents, not legal advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Capital Group, L.C. shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• Decisions or actions taken by third parties (credit bureaus, lenders, government agencies, etc.).

• Losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.

 

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service rendered.
